I am an ICF-certified PCC with a background in electronic engineering.

I have coached and trained for almost 10 years in high-tech fields, including scientific lab simulations for universities, research and development for commercial aircrafts, and software development.

 

I specialize in coaching managers, Product and Business Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and development teams, offering a mix of pure coaching and blended methodologies. My approach is laid-back and curious, drawing from multiple disciplines, lean, and Agility.

 

I am the guardian of impactful transformations.

 

I have extensive experience as an Agile Coach, where I play a key role in changing corporate culture and ways of working. I have learned to navigate complex organizational challenges and support teams and individuals through change using both strategic insight and hands-on coaching.

 

Italian and English bilingual, with a working knowledge of French, I coach across different cultures and industries.
